I bought one of these computers and the internet does not work. It came with nothing to download any thing to the computer and no one has any idea what is wrong with it. I took it to the geek squad at best buy and a few other places and they cannot figure out what is wrong. It shows that I have a good signal but as soon as it lets me on it boots me off.
How do I get an exchange or refund for this item?

128MB RAM! I thought this article was written in 1998

It is low on RAM, we covered it really because it’s the first in a coming flood of ultra-low-cost Netbooks. We’ve seen many on the horizon, running everything from Windows CE to just about every flavor of Linux that can run on an ARM CPU.

You might need to check your wireless connection options. I ran into the same problem in Mexico and had plenty of everything, 4g memory, etc. You would probably do well to check with you ISP or the router company for info on changing settings.
